Data management, data protection
Personal data is processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Privacy and the Freedom of Information.
The Data Controller processes personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR to the extent and for the time necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract (contact).
The Data Controller shall treat personal data provided to it, whether during the contact or otherwise, as confidential and shall only make them available to third parties in cases that are mandatory under the law and shall inform the data subject.
Data processing
The Data Controller uses the Hosting Service Provider necessary for the operation of the website as a data processor and uses Gmail for e-mail communication. The use of Gmail would involve the transfer of personal data to a third country (USA) where the level of protection of the data is below the level of protection of data processing in the EU. Data Controller collaborates with an accountant, legal professional to fulfil its legal obligations.

Privacy rights related to data processing
Regarding the right to information
The person concerned has the right to information on data processing, which the Data Controller provides by issuing this notice. For further details, please contact me by e-mail.
Access right
At any time after your request, I will inform you whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, if I have given you access to your personal data and to any of the following information:
- The purpose of the processing.
- The category of personal data concerned.
- The recipient or categories of recipients to whom or with which the Data Controller has disclosed or may disclose the personal data, including recipients in third countries or international organizations.
- The foreseeable duration of the storage of the personal data or, where this is not possible, the criterion for determining that duration.
- Your entitlement to request the Controller to rectify, delete or restrict the processing of personal data related to you and to object to the processing of such personal data.
- The right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority or to initiate legal proceedings.
- If the data have not been collected directly from you, any accessible information about their source.
- where automated processing takes place, the fact of such processing, including profiling, and, at least in these cases, the logic used, e.g. the significance of such processing and the likely consequences for the data subject.
About the right to rectify personal data
The person concerned has the right to have the inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay upon his or her request. Considering the purpose of the processing, he or she also has the right to request the completion of any incomplete personal data.
As a data subject, I ask you to notify me of any changes to your personal data to facilitate lawful processing and enforcement.
Right to erasure
The person concerned has the right to have personal data relating to him or her erased upon his or her request if any of the following conditions are met:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed by the Data Controller.
- In case of consent-based processing, the person concerned withdraws his consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- The person concerned is objecting to the data processing and there is no legitimate overriding reason for the data handling, or the person concerned is opposing the use of data for direct marketing purposes.
- The personal data have been processed unlawfully by the Data Controller.
- The personal data must be erased to comply with the legal obligation under applicable Union or Member State law.
- The personal data have been collected in connection with the marketing of services related to the information society.
The Data Controller cannot satisfy a deletion request where further data processing is required for one of the following reasons:
- for the purposes of exercising the right to the freedom of expression and information.
- to comply with an obligation under Union or Member State law to which the Data Controller is subject to which requires the processing of personal data, or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
- On grounds of public interest in the field of public health.
- For archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, where deletion would be likely to render impossible or seriously impair such processing; or
- For the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
The erasure of data shall be permanent and irreversible.
Right to restriction of processing
The person concerned shall have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, at his or her request, the restriction of processing where one of the following conditions is met:
- The data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data; in this case, the restriction shall apply for a period which allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
- The processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests instead the restriction of their use.
- The Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims; or
- The person concerned has objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction shall apply for a period until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller prevail over the legitimate grounds of the person concerned.
Right to objection
Where the legal basis for the processing of personal data is legitimate interest, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her situation, to the processing of his or her personal data.
In such a case, the personal data may no longer be processed, unless the processing is justified by compelling legitimate grounds which override the rights and freedoms of the data subject or are related to the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Right to data portability
The person concerned shall have the right to receive the personal data provided to him or her in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to request the transfer of such data to another controller.

The Data Controller shall start the examination and execution of your request without undue delay upon receipt. I will inform you of the action taken on your request within 30 days of receipt. If I am not able to comply with the data subject’s request, I shall inform him or her within 30 days of the reasons for the refusal and of his or her rights of appeal.
Right of appeal in respect to data management
If the person concerned considers that the processing of personal data infringes the Regulation, he or she has the right to complain to the supervisory authority, without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies. The authority must then investigate the complaint and notify the result of the investigation. You have the right to submit a complaint to any authority in any Member State of the European Union, in the Member State where you have your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. To enforce your right to judicial remedy, you may turn to court if you consider that the Data Controller or a data processor acting on its behalf or under its instructions is processing your personal data in breach of the provisions on the processing of personal data laid down by law or by a binding legal act of the European Union.
The court or tribunal shall rule on the case out of turn. The Tribunal shall have jurisdiction to hear the case. The lawsuit may also be brought before the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Data Controller, or the court of the place where the Data Controller has its registered office.
Any person may file a notification with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information to initiate an investigation on the grounds that a personal data processing incident has occurred or is likely to occur, or that the exercise of his or her rights in relation to the processing is restricted by the controller or that his or her request to exercise those rights is rejected.
