This document will not be filed, it will be concluded in electronic form only, it does not constitute a written contract, it is in English. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the user of the services listed on the website https://productsafety.hu (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) accepts the General Terms and Conditions detailed below as binding upon him/her. 
These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 15 June 2022 and shall remain in force and effect until revoked or until any modifications enter into force. The Service Provider shall be entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally. The Service Provider shall publish the amendments on this website 10 (ten) days before they enter into force.
By using the Website, the Customer agrees that all regulations relating to the use of the Website shall automatically apply to the Customer.

PROVISION OF SERVICES

The Customer may request the services of Product Safety and Compliance Expert by providing his/her name and e-mail address via the Contact Menu on the website (e-mail or telephone).

The Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the acceptance of the request and other information from the Service Provider, or verbal confirmation in case of contact by phone.

The Customer and the Service Provider shall consult on the service (task, expectations, pricing, deadlines) at a previously agreed time, in person, online or by correspondence, and shall conclude an individual agreement on the framework and conditions of the service.

The Service Provider declares, and the Client acknowledges and accepts by using the Service, that the Client is responsible for the accuracy of all data and information provided by him and for their content, for which the Service Provider shall not be liable in any way.
